Yes! All of our cookies are made with rice flour, so they’re naturally gluten-free. Unlike many gluten-free treats, KuuKii cookies have a melt-in-your-mouth shortbread-like texture—and they're absolutely delicious. 🍪💛

KuuKii cookies are best within 3–5 days, but if you store them in an airtight container at room temperature, they can stay fresh for up to a week. Since we don’t use preservatives, we still recommend enjoying them sooner for the best taste and texture. 🍪🌟

📦 When do you ship?

We ship Monday to Wednesday only.
This helps avoid weekend delays and ensures your cookies arrive as fresh as possible.

💌 How much is shipping?

Shipping is a $8 flat rate on orders under $40 CAD.
Orders $40 CAD and up ship for free.

📍 Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Ontario, Canada only.

🚚 Who delivers my order?

All packages are shipped via Canada Post, with a delivery time of 2–3 business days.

We offer free local pickup in downtown Toronto.

The default pickup spot is The Well – 486 Front St W, Toronto, ON.

If needed, we can arrange to meet at another convenient downtown location—just let us know via Contact

• Character KuuKii: Around 4" x 4" each
  
• Regular Cookies: Around 1.5" x 1.5" each
  
• Meringue: Around 1" each, approximately 10–20 pieces per jar

All KuuKii cookies contain almond flour, so they are not nut-free. We use almond flour to enhance both texture and flavor. If you have a nut allergy, we recommend avoiding our products.

Our cookies are gluten-free and nut-free by default, but some flavors contain nuts. We do not currently offer dairy- or egg-free versions.

Nope! All KuuKii cookies are naturally colored using fruit and vegetable powders—no artificial dyes here. 🌈🥕🍓

Not at the moment—our cookies are made with real butter for that rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture. 💛
