Hi, I’m Noriko — the heart and hands behind KuuKii!

Originally from Hiroshima, Japan, I now call Toronto home. My journey started as an artsy girl in art school, then turned into a career as a product designer. But deep down, I’ve always loved working with my hands — whether it was holding a paintbrush or shaping cookie dough.

KuuKii was born from that love of creativity and my roots in Japanese ingredients. These cookies are made with premium rice flour, and naturally colored with fruit and veggie powders. Every cookie is a little edible canvas — playful, nostalgic, and made to spark joy.
